Description

Brownie Base:

  • 1 box (about 19.5 oz) brownie mix

  • Ingredients as listed on the box (typically eggs, oil, water)

Marshmallow Layer:

  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème or 2 cups marshmallow fluff

Crunch Topping:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment or grease it.

  • Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions. Let cool for 10 minutes.

  • Spread marshmallow fluff over the warm brownies. Let cool until set.

  • Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  • Stir in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

  • Spread mixture over the marshmallow layer and smooth evenly.

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until set.

 

  • Slice into bars and serve.
