Ingredients
Brownie Base:
1 box (about 19.5 oz) brownie mix
Ingredients as listed on the box (typically eggs, oil, water)
Marshmallow Layer:
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème or 2 cups marshmallow fluff
Crunch Topping:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
3 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment or grease it.
Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Spread marshmallow fluff over the warm brownies. Let cool until set.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Stir in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
Spread mixture over the marshmallow layer and smooth evenly.
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until set.
Slice into bars and serve.
