Description

Irresistibly gooey Biscoff Magic Cookie Bars with caramelized Biscoff flavor, chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts—your new favorite dessert bar treat!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 (8.8-ounce) package Biscoff cookies

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 1/3 cups flaked sweetened coconut

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.

  • Pulse Biscoff cookies in a food processor into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the pan.

  • Warm Biscoff cookie butter and mix it with sweetened condensed milk.

  • Pour mixture over crust. Layer chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped nuts. Press down gently.

  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden.

 

  • Cool completely, cut into bars, and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Bars can be made ahead and stored for up to 5 days.
  • Substitute with other nuts or white chocolate for variations.
  • Use parchment for easier removal.
