Description

A no-bake, creamy cheesecake layered with fresh strawberries, buttery graham cracker crunch, and a luscious sweet strawberry drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Set aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Arrange a layer of sliced fresh strawberries over the cream mixture.
  5. Drizzle the strawberry jam over the strawberries for added sweetness.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining cream mixture, spreading it evenly, followed by another layer of sliced strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle additional crushed graham crackers on top for crunch and garnish with whole strawberries.
  8. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm and set.

Notes

  • For the Perfect Crunch: To keep the strawberry crunch topping crispy, add it just before serving. Store any extra topping separately in an airtight container to maintain its texture.
  • Boost the Strawberry Flavor: Enhance the strawberry taste by mixing a bit of strawberry extract or fresh strawberry puree into the cheesecake batter for an extra burst of fruity goodness.
