- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt (like Lawry’s)
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat on all sides. Shake off excess flour.
- Place butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and melt in the oven (about 5 minutes).
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and arrange the coated chicken pieces in the melted butter. Make sure the pieces are evenly spaced and not overlapping.
- Bake the chicken for 20 minutes. Carefully flip the pieces and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.
