  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1½ cups cold milk
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

For the Whipped Topping:

  • 2 cups sweetened whipped cream or an 8 oz container of whipped topping

Instructions

  • Prepare the Peanut Butter Crumbles:

    • Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter with a fork until crumbly. Set aside.
  • Make the Peanut Butter Filling:

    • Whisk vanilla pudding mix, milk, and peanut butter until smooth (about 2 minutes).
    • Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping.
  • Assemble the Pie:

    • Sprinkle half of the crumbles in the pie crust.
    • Pour in the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
    • Top with the remaining crumbles.
    • Spread whipped cream over the top.
  • Chill & Serve:
