For the Peanut Butter Crumbles:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
For the Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1½ cups cold milk
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
For the Whipped Topping:
- 2 cups sweetened whipped cream or an 8 oz container of whipped topping
Instructions
Prepare the Peanut Butter Crumbles:
- Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter with a fork until crumbly. Set aside.
Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
- Whisk vanilla pudding mix, milk, and peanut butter until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping.
Assemble the Pie:
- Sprinkle half of the crumbles in the pie crust.
- Pour in the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining crumbles.
- Spread whipped cream over the top.
Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
