- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

- 1 cup crushed seasoned breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Slice each pickle in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow center.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, jalapeños, green onions, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Fill each hollowed pickle half with the cheese mixture.
- Roll each stuffed pickle in crushed breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Place the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
