Air Fryer Nutella Bombs

  • Author: Chef Clara
  • Total Time: 28 minutes
  • Yield: 16 bombs 1x

Description

Indulge in warm, pillowy biscuit bombs filled with Nutella, air fried to golden perfection, and dusted with powdered sugar—a perfect treat!

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated Pillsbury Grands biscuits (avoid flaky layers variety)
  • 1 cup Nutella (280g)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar, for dusting (31g)

Instructions

  • Separate each biscuit into two layers by peeling them apart horizontally—this gives you 16 pieces.
  • Flatten each dough round into a 4-inch circle using your fingers.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each dough circle.
  • Seal by folding and pinching the edges over the Nutella, then gently roll into a smooth ball.
  • Brush each ball with melted butter on all sides.
  • Preheat your air fryer and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
  • Air Fry at 330°F (165°C) for 7–8 minutes, or until golden brown. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cool & Serve: Let rest for 3–5 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a piping bag for neater Nutella filling.
  • Swap Nutella with peanut butter, Biscoff, or jam for variation.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat in the air fryer for crispness.
