Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Cutlets:
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create two thin cutlets.
- In three separate bowls, place:

- Beaten eggs
- A mix of panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Air Fry the Chicken:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray both sides of the breaded chicken cutlets with olive oil.
